It has powder curing oven totally insulated to cure or bake powder coat material with option of Gas / Diesel/ Electric system having trolley arrangement which travel material from one to another place. The Powder Coating Machine to powder coat the job is well designed which can regulate the flow of powder with desired charging Capacity. This will coat material without any interruption. This will maximize the ease of work with improving production rate and quality of production.
Our range of Batch Plant facility includes basic batch Plant to conveyorised Plant with auto reciprocators and auto guns. The powder recovery is offered in all denominations from basic mono cyclone to multi cyclones and finally cartridge recovery system. The booths are offered in SS, CRCA-Powder Coated, and CRCA-Liquid Painted as per agreement. Their basic purpose is to collect the over sprayed powder throws off the powder coating gun.
